Hyderabad: Social media users are claiming Sheesha Sahu killed two rapists in Prayagraj.

The claim is False.
NewsMeter firstly performed a Google reverse image search which led us to the original image on a Facebook page `Sadhvi Saraswati'. There were many such pictures in which Sadhvi can be seen wielding swords.
According to her social media account, she lives in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
We then performed a keyword search which led us to a tweet by Prayagraj Police. The viral post was refuted on 19 August 2020. Such posts have been going viral earlier as well. Police said the news is completely untrue and misleading.
According to a report by Jagran on August 8, 2020, neighbors attacked two brothers at Taktaiya village of Karchana police station area of Prayagraj district on Friday night.
Both the brothers were seriously injured after they were hit by an iron rod and a sharp weapon. The accused fled after the incident. The injured were later taken to SRN Hospital, where the younger brother was declared brought dead by the doctors.
It is therefore evident that the claim is False. The girl in the picture is Sadhvi Saraswati, a resident of Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. Besides, no such incident took place in Prayagraj.
