The claim that the video shows a horrifying accident that occurred on February 11, 2021, on Interstate 35 West in Fort Worth, Dallas is TRUE.

The same video has been shared in reports published. According to the report published in the Washington Post, at least six people dies and three dozen injured, some of them critically, following a devastating 130-plus car pileup on Interstate 35 West in Fort Worth on Thursday morning. Freezing rain and drizzle are probably to blame, with slick roadways posing a serious danger to travel.

The Fort Worth Fire Department described the accident as a mass casualty incident, meaning local first responders were overwhelmed by the response needed to treat the number of those injured.

According to Dallasnews.com, Fort Worth Fire Chief Jim Davis said the crash in the southbound TEXPress lanes of Interstate 35W just north of downtown — two toll lanes between two concrete barriers — was reported shortly after 6 a.m.

Officials said 133 vehicles were involved, and the crash spanned a half-mile between Northeast 28th Street and Northside Drive.
