The claim is False.
NewsMeter began its investigation by performing a keyword search. The search led us to a news report published by Zee News on March 27, 2022. The report was titled 'AAP's Raghav Chadha just walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week and nobody can miss this VIDEO'.
According to the report, "AAP MP Raghav Chadha, who had a big role in the party's victory in Punjab, is trending on social media for 'apolitical' reasons today. The AAP MP, who is also the party's youth face, walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week today. Pictures and videos of the same are now going viral on social media."
The video and images of the leaders walking on the ramp at the Lakme Fashion Week were also shared by users on Twitter.
On further investigation, we found a report published by Tv9 Bharatvarsh, that had carried a few images of the leader for the report. The report haad also published an image similar to that of the viral image.
We lastly compared the viral image to that of the original image of the leader.
Hence, the claim made through the viral post is False. The image of the AAP leader showing him in burgundy hair and makeup has been morphed.
