Fact Check

The claim is false.

NewsMeter performed a Google reverse image search which led us to a video uploaded on the Facebook page Punjabi Lok on 28 October 2021. The viral video clip can be seen at the 9:40-minute mark. In the video, Bhagwant Mann can be heard referring to Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi.

We also found the original video uploaded on the YouTube channel of Bhagwant Mann on 29 October 2021.

We found the image of Kejriwal, who can be seen fixing some electrical wires, in a news article published by Dainik Jagran on 7 October 2012. According to the report, the power connection of a labourer was disconnected due to non-payment of electricity bill. Arvind Kejriwal himself restored the connection.
