Fact check:

The claim is false.

National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) is the nodal agency for the compilation of crime statistics in India. NCRB released the 'Crime in India 2020' report on its website. In the document, there is no reference to religion as a category for recording crime. In the 'Crime Against Women' chapter, there is no reference to any religion.

According to data compiled by the NCRB and updated till 31 December 2020, over 72% of undertrial prisoners are Hindu and nearly 21% are Muslims.

There are two types of taxes; one is the direct tax, and the other is the indirect tax. The government of India does not release direct or indirect tax data based on religion. The Income Tax department releases the figures of direct tax collection, but these are also not based on religion. The methodology adopted in Income Tax Return statistics is also not based on any religion. The data relating to Goods and Services Tax (GST) is also not based on any religion.
