The claim is False

NewsMeter performed a Keyword Search which led to a report by Dainik Jagran on August 08, 2021. According to the report, many Bollywood actors have congratulated Neeraj Chopra after winning gold in the Olympics.

We then searched for the tweets by Bollywood actors. We found tweets by Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, Varun Dhawan and Swara Bhaskar and many others.






Therefore the claim is False. Many Bollywood celebrities congratulated Neeraj Chopra for winning gold.
