FACT CHECK:

The claim is false. This did not take place in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. It is neither linked to Pakistan nor Israel.

NewsMeter performed a reverse image search and found an Instagram video from May 21, 2021. In this video the words, 'Russian Federation', 'Montenegro' and 'European Senior Championship' can be seen on the display of the score.

Taking this as a hint, NewsMeter searched for news reports and found that this is a video of the 56th European Karate Championship that was held in May 2021 in Croatia. 'World Karate Federation' had a live telecast of this championship on its official YouTube channel. The viral clipping can be seen at 1 minute 45 seconds. The two teams are Russia and Montenegro.

It should be noted that Pakistan has not won an Olympic medal since 1992. According to Pakistan Olympic Association, Pakistan won its last Olympic medal in the year 1992 in Barcelona, Spain. Till the time of writing the news, Pakistan has not won a single medal in ' Tokyo Olympics 2020 '.
