Hyderabad: A video of a burqa-clad woman beating a man and a woman with slippers outside a gym is viral on social media.
The man being beaten up in the video is also seen trying to save the woman friend.
Some users said the incident occurred in Indore, others said it happened in Bhopal.

The claim is Misleading.
NewsMeter performed a Google Reverse Image search, which led the team to a report by Navbharat Times published on October 18, 2021.
"The man in the video and his female friend were doing workouts. In the meantime, the wife of the man arrived. She started thrashing both her husband and the woman with slippers outside the gym," reads Navbharat Times report.
The incident was also reported by Dainik Bhaskar on October 18, 2021.
"There was a lot of ruckus between husband and wife at Suja Fitness Center in Kohefiza area of Bhopal. The woman caught her husband having fun with his girlfriend. As soon as they reached the fitness center, there was a fight between the husband and wife. The husband kept on clarifying, but the wife was not ready to accept it. She grabbed his girlfriend's hair and hit her with sandals. She also thrashed her husband. Some people even made a video of it. In this case, the police have registered a case," read the report.
The team lastly found a report by MP Breaking News. "Seeing husband doing workout with his girlfriend in the gym, wife thrashed both of them fiercely, video viral," reads the title.
"On getting information about this matter, the police reached the spot. According to the information, wife Urba Shahi had lodged a complaint of assault in Shahjahanabad police station some time ago. In her complaint, she had alleged that her husband used to roam around with another girl. The husband denied the claim. Since then the wife has been shadowing him. Later she caught her husband with his girlfriend in the Gym," the report reads.
It is therefore evident that the claim is Misleading. It is not an incident of 'Love Jihad'. All of them are from the same community.
