Hyderabad: An image that shows Congress leader Sachin Pilot with Bharatiya Janata Party President JP Nadda is viral on social media. Users claim that Pilot is joining BJP.

FACT CHECK:
NewsMeter performed a reverse image search and found that the viral image has been photoshopped. The original image showed former Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia with BJP president JP Nadda. Scindia joined the party in March 2020.
The original image was found in the gallery of NEWS 18 from March 2020. "Accusing the Congress of living in denial mode on the day after resigning from Congress, Jyotiraditya Scindia joined the BJP in New Delhi. (Image: PTI)"
The original image was also found on NDTV, THE WIRE and INDIA TODAY. "Jyotiraditya Scindia joined the BJP today after ending an 18-year-long stint in the Congress party, which faces an uphill battle to protect its government in Madhya Pradesh. Scindia was seen as a close aide of Rahul Gandhi's." reads INDIA TODAY.
When noticed, we can find the same flowers, background, and people in both the viral and original image. It indicates that the viral image is photoshopped
Therefore, the claim of Sachin Pilot joining BJP is false. His image with the BJP chief is morphed.
