The claim is False.
NewsMeter performed a Google reverse image which led us to a picture on the website of flickr.com. According to the information, this picture was taken on April 12, 2009, when she had gone to Durga temple in Amethi during the election campaign for her brother Rahul Gandhi.
On performing a Keyword Search, we found similar information along with a picture published by Getty Images.
We also found reports by `The logical Indian' that had debunked a similar claim in 2020.
Therefore the claim is False. The image is nowhere related to any elections. The image was clicked in 2009.
