Fact Check
NewsMeter found that the claim is false as the image shows PM Modi participating in Christmas celebrations at Union minister George Kurian’s residence, not at the Parliament.
We did not find any credible news reports regarding Christmas celebrations on the Parliament's premises.
Using a reverse image search, we found the same image posted by PM Modi’s X account on December 19, 2024. The post also shared three other images of the PM with the caption, “Attended the Christmas celebrations at the residence of Union Minister Shri George Kurian Ji. Also interacted with eminent members of the Christian community.” (Archive)
We also found an ABP Live report titled, 'PM Modi Attends Christmas Celebration At Union Minister George Kurian Delhi Residence'. The report also stated that the Christmas celebrations were held at the residence of Union minister George Kurian in Delhi which was attended by the prime minister.
