Netizens are sharing the video and mocking Gandhi for asking the gathering about the theme. He can be heard saying, "What is the main theme today? What is the theme, what exactly has to be said?" Netizens are mocking him for his desire to become the country's Prime Minister.

NewsMeter performed a reverse image search and found that the video was taken when Mr. Gandhi visited Telangana on 6 May and addressed a public rally in Warangal. The viral video was recorded ahead of the rally. In the video, Mr. Gandhi is seen interacting with leaders of the Telangana Congress.
According to reports by The Times of India, NDTV, and Tribune India, the video was taken ahead of the Congress leader's rally in Telangana. It shows flashpoints between two political rivals. It was taken before addressing a pro-farmer event in Hyderabad on 6 May.
A video report by India Today, dated 7 May, is titled "'Kya Bolna Hai': Rahul Gandhi Once Again In Spotlight Over Candid Video, BJP Attacks Congress MP."
The video began circulating online after Amit Malviya, the BJP's social media in-charge, posted it on Twitter on 7 May. He clearly states that the video shows Rahul Gandhi's conversations before his rally in Telangana.
Evidently, the video is not linked to the Congress Chintan Shivir that was held from 13-15 May.
