We performed a reverse image search and found a YouTube video that said one of the men in the video is Jeffrey Iqbal.

Using this information, we performed a keyword search and found that the same video was uploaded on the verified Facebook page of Jeffrey Iqbal, a US-born Bollywood singer, on 12 December 2014.
