Hyderabad: A screenshot of a tweet by singer Rihanna has gone viral on social media following a clash between the Grammy-winning singer and Bollywood actress Kanagana Ranaut about the ongoing farmers' protest.
The tweet reads, "I pay the dancers in my show more than her last five films have earned (sic)."

NewsMeter noticed that the username in the viral tweet is @username. Rihanna's Twitter handle is @rihanna.
We further checked Rihanna's tweets on her official Twitter account and did not find any tweet about Kangana or anything related to her.
It is clear that the viral tweet is FAKE and was not posted by Rihanna.
