Fact Check: Scripted video falsely shared as man misbehaving with father-daughter duo
A short video of a man misbehaving with a man and his daughter in the middle of a road is being shared on social media.

Hyderabad: A short video of a man misbehaving with a man and his daughter in the middle of a road is being shared on social media.
A text accompanying the viral video reads, "This is how the poor are treated here. This man harassed the daughter and when the father came to save his daughter, the man began misbehaving with the old man."
Fact Check
The claim is false.
NewsMeter noticed that at the end of the video the subtitle read, "Driver wouldn't listen to the poor old man either." We performed a Google reverse image search of a screengrab from the viral video. The search led us to a video uploaded on Facebook by Sanjjanaa Galrani. The original video is 3-minute long. The viral clip appears at the 1.17-minute mark.
The description of the video reads, "Please be aware that this page features scripted dramas and parodies as well. These short films are for entertainment and education purposes only."
Apart from this, the original video has a different context. In the video, the old man and the young girl are not father and daughter. The old man asks the girl for some money, but she ignores him. She starts crossing the road while listening to music, with her earphones on, when a car almost hits her. The driver starts scolding her. After a while, the poor man comes to save the girl. However, the driver doesn't stop scolding them.
