Hyderabad: A video of two Armymen helping a pregnant woman is being widely shared on social media.

The video shows a pregnant woman carrying luggage at a metro station and asking strangers for help. Two men refuse to help the woman. Then two men dressed in Army uniform help her. They carry the woman who is unable to walk and her luggage.

Netizens claim that this viral video is CCTV footage of a real incident.

Some social media users shared the video and praised the Army officers.

Fact Check:

NewsMeter performed a reverse image search and found a Facebook video with the same visuals. The video was uploaded by a production company called 'Star Creative Production'. The caption contains a disclaimer that clearly states that the video is scripted and meant for entertainment and educational purposes only.

The disclaimer reads, "Thank you for watching! Please be aware that this page features scripted dramas and parodies as well. These short films are for entertainment & educational purposes only!"

NewsMeter contacted Star Creative Production who confirmed that the viral video is a scripted video and does not show a real incident.

Clearly, a scripted video is being shared as a real incident. Hence, the claim is false.
