Fact Check
The claim is False.
On clicking the link, we were directed to the play store. We then searched about the application in the about section. However, we did not find any mention of the service being owned by the Tata group.
We also searched about the service on their website.
According to the information on the website, "CAB-EEZ Infra Tech (P) Limited (Brand Name: "Cab-e") is a Technology Marketplace providing Technology Platform (built in-house) which supports a mobile-based online Cab booking service for an All-Electric Fleet of Cabs - for Local, Inter-City, Rentals, Tailored B2B services and customized trips - with the sole aim of significantly contributing to the Indian government's push for 100% electric mobility by 2030."

We searched the company's social media handle and found a post on its Facebook page. CAB-E's post dated March 29, 2019, clarified that it is a privately owned organization and Tata has no stake in it.
A similar post was also shared by the organization on their LinkedIn page a year ago.
Hence, it is evident that the claim made through the viral message is False. Tata groups did not start Cab-e services in Pune and Mumbai.
