Fact check:

The claim is false.

Firstly, NewsMeter noticed a shop named 'S Deen Tailors' in the viral video.

We tried to locate the place on Google and found the address of the shop to be at Gohalpur in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

Secondly, using relevant keywords, the team found a report in The Times of India on October 20. It reported on the clashes that happened in several parts of Madhya Pradesh during the Eid procession.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Siddharth Bahugana told TOI that clashes erupted when some miscreants had pelted stones and threw firecrackers near Machli (fish) market in Gohalpur.

The report carried the picture of the incident from different angles. However, we could see S Deen Tailors. The caption reads, "Police following the clash in Jabalpur on Tuesday (19 October).

According to another report by New Indian Express: "The mob present at the spot saw the cops approaching to confiscate the sound equipment and first hurled burning crackers on the police force and later pelted stones on the cops. The on-duty cops resorted to cane charges and fired tear gas shells to disperse the violent mob. At least six police personnel and local residents were reportedly hurt in the attack by the mob."

Hence, the claim is false. A video from Madhya Pradesh is being shared with a false claim that cops used batons on people offering namaz on roads in UP.
