The claim is falseNewsMeter performed a Google reverse image search of a screenshot from the viral video and found a Marathi tweet with the same video. The caption in Marathi translates to, "MNS women activists and office-bearers slapped the accused, including a Shiv Sena office-bearer, for luring girls into a role in a film."

Another report by Navbharat published on 30 July 2021 said the accused took the girl in his car and in the middle of the way, he touched her inappropriately. When the car reached the farmhouse, the victim called up one of her relatives and sent her 'location' to MNS workers.
Party workers reached the spot and caught and thrashed the accused Rahul Tiwari (30), Kanchan Yadav (25), Rakesh Yadav (35), and Biralal Yadav (30). The video of the incident was posted on social media by MNS Chitrapat Sena chief Amay Khopkar. Party workers took the accused to Kasarvadavali police station where a case was registered against them under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and Arms Act. The police said a country-made pistol was recovered from the accused.

It is evident that the claim that the video shows women beating up a BJP leader is false. The video is related to a casting couch case. Hence, the claim is false.
