Translated, the claims reads that the hand pump on top of the hillock was the result of a recent mining activity executed poorly in Andhra Pradesh.

Fact Check:

The claim that the viral image is recent is FALSE.

When NewsMeter searched for the image using Google reverse image search, we found that the viral image has been online for several years. The viral image was used in several memes across the world. We found a video published in September 2018 which was a compilation of various images. The viral image is a part of them.
