Fact Check:

The claim that the video shows a 'real incident' is FALSE.

We extracted keyframes from the video and performed a search which led us to a video uploaded by the YouTube channel Chandan Mishra in April 2020. The original video is a comedy skit in the Maithili language, a local language of Bihar, and is 11 minutes long. The viral clip is at the 7.18-minute mark. Hence, a clip from a comedy skit has been shared as real.

The channel description clearly states that it publishes comedy videos in Maithili.

The video was first shared on Instagram and it became viral after several people shared it.

We also found that Ramlal comedy is very popular in the Maithili language and several YouTube videos can be found with similar comedy clips.

Therefore, an old comedy skit has been shared as a real and recent incident. The viral video is NOT a real incident but is extracted from a video published on a comedy YouTube channel in 2020. Hence, the claim is FALSE.
