Fact Check
The claim is False.
NewsMeter began its investigation by performing a Google Reverse Image Search which led us to a tweet by Manish Pandey, resident editor of KNewsIndia and founder of Breaking Today. He had shared a similar video. "Sometimes there is an insult in the affair of making a fool. #BJP leader Vibhrat Chand Kaushik was publicly reprimanded for showing closeness in #Gorakhpur," he tweeted.

The team then found a report published on the website 'The Lucknow Express' on December 01, 2021. "Sometimes when the timing is wrong, one can be called out by the CM," reads the headline.
Yogi Adityanath, who is gearing up assembly elections, is holding public meetings continuously these days. A video of a public meeting in Gorakhpur is going viral on social media. He is seen reprimanding a leader of the party. In fact, in the middle of the program, BJP leader Dr. Vibhrat Chand Kaushik bows down to CM Yogi. Angry CM reprimands him and asks to go away.
The Fact Check team then found a video on a Youtube channel of 'Hindustan Live' on November 30, 2021. With the help of this video, the team found that Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya is not present in the video. The man in the video was Dr. Vibhrat Chand Kaushik, Vice President of the State Youth Welfare Council.
It is therefore evident that the claim is False. The man in the video is not Keshav Prasad Maurya but Dr. Vibhrat Chand Kaushik, Vice President of the State Youth Welfare Council.
