The claim is misleading.

NewsMeter extracted the keyframes with the help of the InVid tool, using reverse image search, we came across a Twitter handle of Nighat Abbass. On May 7, 2017, she posted the video. "Along with me, Muslim society raised its voice to demand independence from Congress and Kejriwal," reads the English translation of the message.

The fact-checker found that the woman in the viral video is BJP's Delhi spokesperson.

Her Twitter bio read: "Spokesperson @bjp4delhi, Trustee Stree Roshni NGO, Ambassador Asha Foundation."

Abbass said the video is from the 2019 Lok Sabha elections campaign when she raised slogans against opposition leaders.

The team found another video from May 2019 on her Facebook profile. In the video, BJP's candidate MP Manoj Tiwari described Abbass as 'BJP's TV spokesperson'.

Moreover, the same video is also being shared on Facebook. It was also shared with false claims in January 2020 and May 2019.
