NewsMeter received the claim on WhatsApp to verify the veracity of the viral claim.
Fact Check
The claim is misleading.
NewsMeter conducted a reverse image search and found one such photo was found on YS Sharmila's official Twitter account. However, the Twitter photo shows a placard that reads: "We don't need cm who puts the farmers into debt."
In a tweet on April 21, she criticized the KTR and TRS in Telangana. The remarks were not made to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy.
The image can also be found on YS Sharmila's official Instagram account.
Hence, the claim is false.
