Fake Alert: KCR did not issue letter apologising to candidates for TSPSC paper leak
Sources from the Telangana Chief Minister’s Officer (CMO) denied circulating the letter. No such statement has been issued by the CMO
By Newsmeter Network Published on 16 May 2023 11:46 AM GMTHyderabad: A misleading document stating that Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao apologised to all candidates for the TSPSC paper leak and accepted the failure of his government has gone viral on several WhatsApp groups.
In the letter, KCR assures the youth and aspirants appearing for the TSPSC exams and says the Telangana State Public Service Commission will make proper arrangements to ensure the earlier paper leak fiasco is not repeated. He further pledges that the board will take complete care and make proper arrangements to ensure the paper leak fiasco does not repeat.
“My government will conduct the rescheduled TSPSC examinations in a fool-proof manner and stringent security and safety arrangements will be put in place. We will also ensure that there will be no more question paper leaks, malpractices, data theft, and corruption or irregularities in the conducting of these examinations,” reads the letter. He also expresses commitment to the recruitment process within the publicly-announced timeline and vows to fill all 1.91 lakh vacancies in the state, according to the Biswal Committee Report.

“I take solemn responsibility and render sincere apologies for not providing a job per house as I promised and for not paying the promised ‘Nirudyoga Bruthi’ to all eligible unemployed youth of Telangana,” KCR says in the letter.
