Hyderabad: Social media users are sharing a video claiming that a water fountain in China is set to the music of the Bhagavad Gita.

A careful look at the video shared in the post reveals a logo written in Chinese on the video.
When translated, it is known as 'Tencent Video'. We did a search on the web and found a video with the same scenes on a Chinese website called 'v.qq.com'. The description of the video shows scenes of the largest Buddha statue in the Ling Shan Musical Fountain built in Wuxi, China. But, there is no Bhagavad Gita music anywhere in this video. The original video was posted by a YouTube user in 2016.
We found a few more videos of Ling Shan's musical fountain performance.
We also found other edited versions of the same video with some audio bits. Different audios are added to the original video.
Hence, the claim is false. As per the above details, it is certain that the video shared in the post is edited.
