Fact Check:

The claim is misleading.

NewsMeter conducted a reverse image search of the viral visuals. It led to us an article that claimed that Naya Abadi police in Madhya Pradesh took Amjad Lala, a serial offender, into custody. He was absconding for the last 6 years.

https://www.bhaskar.com/local/mp/ratlam/mandsaur/news/65-thousand-prize-crook-amjad-lala-arrested-was-accused-in-many-cases-like-kidnapping-murder-and-ransom-including-shooting-at-ti-129515272.html

Another news article that reported the same visuals also identified the person as Amjad Lala and reported that he was taken into custody by the Naya Abadi police. Thus these prove that the viral visuals are in no way related to the Karnataka Hijab row.

Earlier, the Bengaluru police had taken Jamal Mohammed Usmani and Kovai Rahmathullah, members of Tamil Nadu Thowheed Jamath (TNTJ), into custody for issuing death threats to the Karnataka High Court judges over the hijab verdict. News articles related to the arrest can be read here.
