Fact check:
The claim is FALSE. The image is morphed.
When searched using Reverse image search in Yandex, we found few websites which shared the original picture of the people relaxing in the hot spring. The original image does not show volcanic eruptions and also northern lights in the background.
The image shows people in a natural geothermal pool.

According to Iceland24blog.com, this geothermal pool is in Hveravellir, Iceland. Both hot and cold water flows to the pool, which makes it easy to regulate the temperature of the water in the pool. Over 20 people can comfortably bathe in the pool at the same time. The pool and its entire surroundings are magnificent, offering a beautiful view of the geothermal area, Kjalhraun lava field and Langjƶkull.
We also found several other reports that talk about beautiful geothermal areas called Hveravellir or the Hot Spring Fields. These articles show similar images of the Hot spring as seen in the viral image, but none of them show volcanoes or northern lights in the background.

When searched for volcanic eruption under the northern light from Iceland, we found that though it is a rare phenomenon, there are several occasions where volcanic activity has been captured along with the northern lights in the sky.
Several articles have published these spectacular photographs over the years.

The viral image has been debunked by hoaxeye.com also.
Therefore, a doctored image has been shared with a FALSE claim. Though the Geothermal pools, Volcano, and Northern lights are the phenomenon seen in Iceland, the image showing all these occurring together is a HOAX.
