We started our investigation by performing a reverse image search, taking the image of Lieutenant Ram from the viral collage. We found that Lieutenant Ram, āLt Ram Prakash Roperiaā, son of Bhal Singh, was born in Pali village in Hissar District of Haryana on 10th June 1959. He was shot at and injured by a terrorist. He retaliated and neutralized the terrorist. Despite being seriously injured and hit by two bullets, he walked down the stairs and established a line with D company. However, as he reached the ground floor he collapsed and was evacuated to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. He was awarded the nationās highest peacetime gallantry award āAshoka Chakraā posthumously. He passed away on the night of 5th/6th June 1984.

Moving to the image of Noor Jahan, over a reverse image search we found that the woman in the image is neither Noor Jahan nor from India. She was Neslishah Sultan. She was born in 1921 and was married to Prince Abdel Moneim and became a princess of the Egyptian royal family. She died at the age of 91 in 2012.
As per the information gathered, there is no similarity in the events of birth, death, place, or history between the both characters. Hence, it is evident that the viral image showing the two as real-life couple is baseless and fake.
