Fact check:

The claim is misleading.

NewsMeter checked Radio Garden's website, which states that it is based in Amsterdam. "Radio Garden invites you to tune into thousands of live radio stations from around the world," according to the description.

Radio connects people and places by bringing distant voices closer together. Radio signals have crossed borders since their inception. Radio producers and listeners have imagined both connecting with distant cultures and reconnecting with people from 'home' thousands of miles away."

"The project began in 2016 when it was commissioned by the Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision," according to The Ledger.

"It was supposed to be temporary and only available on the internet. But by 2018, it was available as an app, and by 2019, the founders had spun it off into its own company."

"A message claiming that @isro has developed a radio portal called "Radio Garden" that allows people to listen to stations from all over the world is circulating on social media," the tweet reads. #PIBFactCheck This assertion is #FAKE. #ISRO has not created such a radio portal."
