The claim is false.
NewsMeter conducted a reverse image and found a video with similar visuals. The YouTube video was uploaded by SVBC TTD's official channel on 02 June 2017.
Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams runs the Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel-Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams.
National Geographic channel produced an exclusive documentary on the Tirumala Tirupati temple called 'Inside Tirumala Tirupati.' On YouTube, there are a couple of videos that give a preview of the full documentary. According to reports, the documentary was shot for over a year and the National Geographic channel crew was granted access inside the temple.
