A video of a leader criticizing Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is viral on social media. Users claim that a Nepali politician is criticizing Modi in their Parliament.
This video is uploaded on YouTube as well as other social media platforms.

The claim that Nepali Politician is criticizing PM Modi is FALSE.
When the keyframes are extracted from the video and reverse image search is done using Google, we found a video uploaded on YouTube channel named Live Times TV on March 21, 2021, with the title "Jagat Singh Negi lambasted the BJP in the House".
Here is another YouTube video.
When searched using the keywords Jagat Singh Negi criticizes Modi, we found a longer version of the same video uploaded on the YouTube channel of "Hindustan Live".
The same video can be seen on the Facebook page of Jagat Singh Negi published on March 18, 2021.
Hence, the claim that Nepali Politician is criticizing PM Modi is FALSE.
