The picture was shared by many political leaders including Vijal Goel and Harsh Sanghavi on Twitter.
This viral picture was also shared by Virender Babbar, BJP Delhi spokesperson on Facebook.

We firstly found a tweet that was shared by ANI on June 20, 2021. According to the tweet, locals at Sangam Vihar in Delhi are facing water scarcity.

The image is of Sanjay colony dates back to 2009 when Sheila Dixit was the chief minister and not Arvind Kejriwal.
Vice Chairperson of Delhi Jal board Raghav Chadha had also tweeted stating that the picture is 12 year old.

Evidently, the claim being shared on social media is misleading. The picture being shared dates back to 2009.
