Fact Check:

The claim is false.

NewsMeter conducted a reverse image search and found a similar video dated back to August 2021. The video has two clips- in the first one,

A protester is seen saying – "It is just a trailer. The full film is yet to come". Later the protestor was whisked away by the police.

We found the extended version/full version of the first clip of the video, uploaded on YouTube by 'TRIPURAINFOWAY TIWN' in August 2021.

The description read, "Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath's residence was gheraoed by Madhyamik candidates who could not pass in Board Exams. They have alleged scam and partiality with students."

The second clip was also posted on the Youtube channel on August 2021. The person in the video has been identified as Samrat Roy, President, NSUI Tripura.
