Fact:The claim is false. The video shows an Israeli airstrike on the Indonesian Hospital in Gaza, originally shared by Al Jazeera in November 2023.
Hyderabad: On Wednesday, May 7, 2025, the Indian Armed Forces launched ‘Operation Sindoor’, targeting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), according to an official government statement. The operation avoided striking Pakistani military facilities, focusing instead on terror camps linked to banned groups such as Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), and Hizbul Mujahideen, as confirmed by investigative agencies.

The report detailed an Israeli airstrike on the Indonesian Hospital in Gaza. The article embedded the same video, crediting Al Jazeera as the source, showing the identical explosion, white tents, and people running away from the blasts.
Additionally, a keyword search led us to an X post shared by Al Jazeera English (@AJEnglish) on November 9, 2023.
The post included the same video, captioned as footage of an Israeli strike on the Indonesian Hospital in Gaza, confirming that the visuals were recorded during the Israel-Gaza conflict in 2023, not a recent event involving the Indian Army or Operation Sindoor.
The now viral video and the original Al Jazeera video depict the same event but appear to be recorded from slightly different angles. The viral video includes the ‘InShOT’ watermark, suggesting it was edited, but the main visual elements—white tents, the explosion, and a person running—are consistent with the Al Jazeera footage from 2023.
