The viral message shared on WhatsApp is False
NewsMeter noticed that the PDF mentions Padma Shri 2020. However, it has been circulated as Padma Shri 2021.
Press Information Bureau (PIB) Fact Check also debunked the viral claim. "Misleading message circulating on #Whatsapp is claiming to be the official list of Padma Awards 2021 recipients," PIB tweeted.
We searched for the recipients of Padma Shri Awards 2020. We were directed to Padma Awards, Ministry of Home Affairs and clicked on the Padma 2020 section. We could find a few names including Jagdish Lal Ahuja and a few others.

We also found a tweet from the official account of PM Narendra Modi on July 11, 2021. According to the tweet, nominations are open till 15th September.
It is therefore evident that the message is False. Nominations for Padma awards are still open. The list circulating is of Padma Awards 2020.
