Fact Check
NewsMeter found that the viral video has been clipped from a longer video and does not show the full context. Rahul Gandhi was asked by a reporter how long he will brave the cold in a t-shirt to which he replied as long as it works.
Siddharth Sharma, who covers Congress and is an associate editor with ANI, shared the extended version of the video. In the video, Rahul Gandhi can be heard replying to a question about braving the cold in a t-shirt and not the Bharat Jodo Yatra.

It is evident that the viral clip has been taken out of context. Hence, we conclude that the claim is misleading.
