Hyderabad: A video showing Congress leader Rahul Gandhi at a temple is going viral on social media. Those sharing the video claim that he visited the temple after the party faced heavy losses in the recently concluded Bihar State Assembly Elections.
The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) coalition secured a victory with 202 seats out of 243 in the Bihar polls. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) emerged as the single-largest party in Bihar with 89 seats, with Congress winning only six seats.

The video shows Rahul Gandhi taking part in prayers at the temple and offering aarti. This video and the viral video are from the same day, where Rahul Gandhi was seen offering prayers at the Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. Rahul Gandhi visited the temple when his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra reached Nashik in Maharashtra on March 14, 2024.
Zee 24 Taas also shared a video on YouTube where Rahul Gandhi is seen taking part in prayers at Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga temple in Nashik on March 14, 2024. The viral video and the video uploaded by Zee 24 are from the same day.
India.com also published a report on March 14, 2024, with the cover image showing Rahul Gandhi at the Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Temple.
The Hindi report, when translated, stated that Rahul Gandhi, who was leading the Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra, was in Nashik of Maharashtra. “On this occasion, Rahul Gandhi offered prayers at the Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Temple in Nashik.
