The claim states Khan waved the Indian flag after victory over Pakistan in the ongoing World Cup 2023. Following this, Pakistan complained about Khanās action to the ICC, which led to the cricket body allegedly fining the Afghan player with Rs 55 lakhs.

Fact Check
NewsMeter found that the claim is false. Neither did Rahid Khan wave the Indian flag following victory over Pakistan, nor was he fined by the ICC.
We ran a relevant keyword search about Rashid Khan waving the Indian flag after Afghanistan's victory over Pakistan but did not find it reported by the media. Had this happened, the video would gone viral on social media, and news media would have picked it.
We also checked ICCās Cricket World Cup (CWC) website but did not find notice by the cricket body fining the Afghan player.
Further, we found that Tata took to X to clarify the viral claim. He refuted rewarding players and explicitly made it clear that he has āno connection to cricketā.
We also found the TATAās dismissal of rumours reported by The Indian Express and NDTV.
We did not find the video of Khan waving the Indian flag after Afghanistanās victory over Pakistan; however, we came across a video of Khan with the Afghanistan flag and dancing with former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan to celebrate the win.
Hence, we conclude that the claim about Industrialist Ratan Tata giving a cash prize of Rs 10 crore to Afghanistan player Rashid Khan is false.
