Hyderabad: A video of a man mixing Harpic toilet cleaner in panipuri is widely circulated on social media.
"'A jihadi named Zubair was feeding people by mixing harpic in the water of Pani Patase. If you buy anything from jihadis, there will be a risk of losing your life," reads the caption of the video.

NewsMeter watched the entire video and found a disclaimer at the end of the video. The disclaimer read, "This video is scripted and all events and characters are fictional."

Further, we found a Facebook video using a relevant keyword search. `Gyan bhandaar' uploaded the video on 7th July 2022, with a communal angle. We also found the original video posted on Youtube.
The caption of the video reads: "Disclaimer, this video is a complete fiction, all the events in the video are scripted and made for entertainment purpose, it does not promote any kind of activity. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events, is purely coincidental."
Also, we noticed in the Intro section of the Facebook page that only scripted films are produced to warn and protect viewers from fraud.
Hence, the claim is false.
