A video of breaking news put up by ABP news is being shared with the claim that Indian Railways has canceled all passenger trains till March 31, 2021.

The claim that Indian Railways has canceled all passenger trains till March 31 is FALSE.
Indian railways have NOT taken any such decision and have refuted these claims. The ministry has shared the tweet of PIB FactCheck. "It is being claimed in the news that all the trains have been canceled till 31 March," PIB tweeted.

@RailMinIndia has not taken this decision to cancel the train till 31 March 2021. This old news is being shared in the wrong context.
PIB India has also released a clarification that Wrong news clips are being circulated on social media. "All may please be informed that the video being circulated is last year's news being peddled today. Indian Railways has not made any such announcement. It may be noted that express trains and suburban trains currently operational as special trains will continue to run. It is also requested that the passengers may follow covid protocol while traveling," it said.

Several news media reports also published that this news is FALSE.
When searched for news bulletins of ABP News, we found that the video clip is from March 2020, when Railway Ministry has canceled all trains as the COVID-19 cases were increasing rapidly. The same news bulletin is now being shared to raise concerns among the public.
Hence, an old video from March 2020 is being shared as RECENT. The claim that Railway Ministry has canceled passenger trains is FALSE. There is no such decision taken by the Ministry.
