FACT CHECK:
NewsMeter found the longer version of the clip posted on YouTube by channel Francis Crespo. The video was uploaded on August 12, 2018, and is titled "Marine meets his son for the first time". A closer look at the video helped identify the badge on the man's uniform that reads "US Marines".
Taking this as a hint, NewsMeter searched online for reports and found that the video was shot in 2018 at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The man in the video is Corporal Brandon Crespo, who returned home after a six-month deployment. He was deployed during his wife's pregnancy. His son Noah was born on June 13, 2018, while Brandon was away. His wife documented the first meeting of the father and son and later posted it on YouTube. The YouTube channel mentioned that Francis Crespo belongs to Brandon's wife. (Click here, to read reports)

After the youtube video went viral, the couple was invited to the popular US television programme "The Ellen Show". The segment with the couple was shared on the talk show's Facebook page on October 13, 2018.
Clearly, the viral video is not related to the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. It does not show Ukrainian soldiers going to war.
