Fact Check

NewsMeter found that the video is from a film shoot.

On performing a reverse image search of the videoā€™s keyframe, we found the same video posted on Facebook by a user named Vipin Pandey. The caption read, ā€œComing soon video So please support my youtube channel. (sic)ā€ He also shared a link to his YouTube channel.

In the comment section, Vipin said that the video was taken at the time of the shooting. He also requested people not to write wrong comments and asked people to watch the full video on his YouTube channel.

We then found around 12 minutes long film on his YouTube channel. The same actor features in the film after 8.02 minutes.

We also found the viral clip published on Vipinā€™s YouTube channel.

Hence, we conclude that a viral clip of a film shoot is being falsely shared as an actual incident from a BJP-ruled state.
