Fact Check:

The claim is false.

NewsMeter checked the video frames and noticed the Initial letter of the vehicle. It was `H'.

In the 32-second video, we can see a few closed stores. When observing closely one of the store boards, we can find Chopra electricals written on it.

Taking that as a clue, we google-searched for the establishment in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. The store is in the Rohtak district of Haryana.

Through Google Street View, we could locate the shop. In the map, we found a similar video posted by an er. In the video, we can see the outlet adjacent to Chopra electricals.

Further, at the beginning of the video, the number P-25 is visible on one of the pillars of the overbridge. We spotted the same number on a pillar on Google Maps.

We also found a tweet by AAP's Haryana unit that posted a video from the same neighborhood on the same day.

Hence, the claim is false.
