Hyderabad: A video of a man creating a ruckus in a flight by prostrating on the aisle is doing the rounds on social media. It is being claimed that the man was doing namaz on the flight and disturbing the co-passengers.
A Twitter user shared the video and wrote, "First a Namazi wanted to perform Namaaz right inside the Aisle of a flying Plane. When passengers & captain of the flight intervened, he took off his shirt & wanted to break the glass. It would have been disastrous for many passengers."

Fact Check
NewsMeter performed a reverse image search of the video's keyframe and found that it was tweeted by Pakistan journalist Ghulam Abbas Shah on 19 September 2022. He said a passenger caused trouble on a Pakistan airline by punching seats and kicking the flight window.
We also found images similar to the visuals of the video in an article published by the Daily Mail on 19 September. It said that a passenger on a flight from Pakistan to Dubai was taking out his frustration by kicking the airplane window. The man was arrested and deported to Pakistan after Pakistan International Airlines flight PK-283 landed in Dubai from Peshawar.
From these findings, it is evident that the video shows a ruckus on a Pakistani flight and is not from India. Hence, the claim is false.
