Fact Check:

The claim is false.

NewsMeter extracted keyframes from the video using InVid and conducted a reverse image search. This led us to a tweet from 22 November 2020. The post had the hashtag #Khadim Rizvi RIP and the logo of '24 News HD' could be seen in the video.

Later, we found the video on the YouTube channel of 24 News HD that was uploaded on 21 November 2020. The title read, "More Than 2 Lac World Attendees At Khadim Rizvi Funeral (sic)."

You can see the viral clip between 7:18-7:50 minutes.

We looked for news reports about the funeral of Khadim Rizvi and found a report by Pakistani daily Dawn from 21 November 2020. It said thousands of people had turned up at Lahore's Minar-i-Pakistan for the funeral prayers for TLP chief Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi.

We also found an Aljazeera report on the death of Khadim Rizvi. The headline reads, "Hardline Pakistani religious leader Khadim Rizvi dies." According to the report, "Hardline Pakistani religious leader Khadim Hussain Rizvi, who rose to prominence in the South Asian nation by campaigning on the issue of "blasphemy" against Islam, died in Lahore."

We compared the viral image and the one we found on the news websites.

Also, we looked for Minar-i-Pakistan on Google Maps and found similar landmarks as seen in the viral video.

A video of Pakistani cleric Khadim Rizvi's funeral is being passed off as a video showing thousands of farmers at Kisan Mahapanchayat in Muzaffarnagar. Therefore, the claim is false.
