Video of woman ramming scooter into parked car is from Odisha, not Hyderabad
The video is from Berhampur City, Odisha.

A video showing a woman ramming her scooter into a parked car while attempting to escape a pack of stray dogs chasing her vehicle is going viral on social media. The video also shows another woman riding pillion and a child seated with them.
A Twitter user shared the video claiming that the video is from Hyderabad.
Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma shared the video tagging Vijayalaxmi Gadwal, the mayor of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. He asked the mayor to look into the incident.

NewsMeter found that the video is from Odisha.
We ran a keyword search and found the same video tweeted by the News agency ANI on 4 April. The agency said in the tweet that the video is from Berhampur City, Odisha. It also reported that there were three people on the scooter, and all of them sustained injuries in the incident.

We also found the video reported by NDTV, Hindustan Times, and The Indian Express. As per these reports published on 4 April, the incident took place at Gandhi Nagar 7th lane in Berhampur city in Odisha.
The fact-check Twitter handle of the Telangana government on 4 April called out a media outlet Way2News for falsely reporting that the video is from Hyderabad's Gandhinagar. In the tweet, they warned Way2News of the legal action. The handle also quoted news agency PTI reporting that the video is from Odisha.
