The viral image has been shared in the context of Biden tripping and falling several times, allegedly pointing to a lack of eye-to-hand coordination in his old age.

Did Joe Biden really wear a bubble suit?
Fact Check
NewsMeter found the claim to be false as the viral image is AI-generated.
We started our investigation by performing a keyword search to find relevant media coverage on Biden wearing this odd anti-fall suit in any event but could not find any relevant images or reports on the same.
On closely analyzing the viral image, we found that the fingers are distorted. Distorted features and non-availability of the image on any legitimate news platform are one of the signs that the image is AI-generated.
On performing a reverse image search, we found an article on the Russian website Donprees that states that neural networks were used to create the viral image.
The article reads, “Due to the old age of the President of America, his legs no longer hold him and such inappropriate gravity always makes fun of Biden. We asked the neural network to create the perfect suit for the incumbent to avoid falls. It turned out quite funny.”
Acknowledging the same source of the viral image, a Twitter user also confirms that neural networks have created the image.
The neural network generated a safety suit for Biden so that he would not hurt himself from his endless falls. Looks secure. -Good one, Alexander 😂 pic.twitter.com/rLuobJASjz
