Fact Check:

The claim that this video is from the recent elections in the US is false.

NewsMeter found a video by Guardian News on YouTube with the title, " Russian election footage appears to show vote rigging". It claims that the CCTV footage of rigging the ballot box took place during the presidential election in Russia in 2018.

The same video was also carried by AFP News Agency and Global News.

Upon running a keyword search, we also found reports by The Independent and The Sun. The newspapers said that this incident took place in Lyubertsy, Moscow. A report in The Independent reads: "The Elections Commission confirmed two cases of ballot-stuffing in Moscow and the Moscow region. The Commission says it canceled all the votes contained in both instances and claims that the cases were isolated".

All reports clearly state that the viral video relates to the vote-rigging in Russia. Therefore, the CCTV footage of ballot-stuffing is not from the recent elections in the US.
