A minor boy died by suicide in Kukatpally reportedly after his parents took away his mobile phone.

Hyderabad: A minor boy died by suicide in Kukatpally reportedly after his parents took away his mobile phone.
The 14-year-old boy, a student of class VIII, used to attend online classes on his phone that was given to him by the family. However, he also used the phone to play online games.
When his parents came to know that instead of attending online classes, the boy was spending much time playing games on the phone, they took it away.
The boy reportedly grew depressed following this. On Saturday, he ended his life while he was alone in the house.
His mother works at a private company while his father work for another company in Kukatpally.
On Saturday, Anand came home for lunch at around 11 a.m and found his son dead. He took the boy to the hospital but the doctors declared him dead. The police have registered a case and an investigation is underway.
